Description

This pressure sensor is perfect for measuring fuel, oil, or boost pressures up to 100 PSI and is compatible with many aftermarket engine management systems, including MegaSquirt and MS3Pro. The sensor delivers a reliable, linear 0-5V output for seamless integration with your ECU.

Input/Output Values:

  • 0.5V = 0 PSI
  • 4.5V = 100 PSI

**Firmware 1.6: Select the “Linear 0.5v-4.5v” Option for an output range of 0.5V to 4.5V, corresponding to a pressure range values of 0 to 100 PSI.
**Firmware 1.5 or Older: Select the “Linear” Option for an output range of 0.0v to 5.0V, corresponding to a pressure range values of -12.5 PSI to 112.5 PSI.

**Using the 0-100psi Sensor for Dome Pressure: Only Select “Linear” & Pressure Sensor MUST be scaled in KPA

  • 0v = 13.81 kPa
  • 5v = 875.69 kPa

Wiring:

  • Red: 5V Vref
  • Black: Sensor Ground
  • Yellow: Signal Output to ECU

What size hole do I need to drill to install this sensor?

  • The hole should be tapped for 1/8″ NPT.  Your tap will come with instructions for the preferred drill size.
