GPIO Application Kit – EGT Input

This kit provides a single EGT (Exhaust Gas Temperature) input using the high-accuracy AD595AQ amplifier chip. It’s designed to work with the MegaSquirt GPIO board, but it can also be integrated into other systems where you need to convert a K-type thermocouple signal into a 0-5V analog output.

Perfect for adding precise temperature sensing to your custom projects, whether you're using one of our EGT probes or any standard K-type thermocouple.

Kit Contents:

• (1) AD595AQ K-Type Thermocouple Amplifier IC

• All required passive components to populate one EGT amplifier channel on the GPIO board

Features:

• Converts thermocouple signals to a 0–5V analog voltage

• Compatible with K-type thermocouples, including all DIYAutoTune EGT probes

• Designed for use with the GPIO board, but can be repurposed for other 0–5V analog input systems

Notes:

• This kit includes components for one channel only. The GPIO board supports up to four EGT channels, so multiple kits are required for multi-cylinder applications.

• Soldering and basic electronics assembly required.
