Patent-pending, Venturi-effect, tapped exhaust clamp for obtaining accurate lambda measurements in non-cat autos or other engines.
We recommend this clamp for dyno and emissions testing in situations where there is not an available mounting point in the exhaust and the car will be strapped to a roller or hub dyno. For use in a moving car, we recommend installing a weld-in bung instead.

What sensors will it work with?
- This uses an industry standard M18 x 1.5 thread. It is compatible with all Innovate Motorsports wideband systems that we carry. It will work with LSU 4.2 and LSU 4.9 sensors as well as NTK sensors. It will accept most narrow band sensors as well, although they will be of limited use while tuning.
It’s reading extremely lean at low RPM. What gives?
- The clamp will only be able to get a good reading when there is enough exhaust flow that reversion is not a problem. At low RPM, the exhaust pipe is likely to pull in ambient air in between exhaust pulses, giving a false lean reading. The effect is more pronounced with large exhaust diameters, but but you won’t get an accurate reading at idle.
