  • Active resellers are protected under our program, and we actively enforce our MAP policy to ensure fairness

To protect margins and brand reputation, all resellers must follow EFI Innovations’ MAP policy.

  • All EFI-related systems, ECUs, ignition products, sensors, wiring, and accessories.
  • Do not advertise below current list price (MAP). Turn-key packages with installation/calibration are allowed as value-add services.
  • May include suspension of discounts, order cancellation/refusal, de-authorization, and removal from EFI web properties and groups.
  • MAP is published in USD; resellers handle conversion.
  • Benchmark Tier Discounts and Benefits are privileges, extended only in exchange for active partnership and compliance
  • Resellers are expected to encourage and support each other in representing EFI Innovations
  • All resellers must learn to speak confidently and positively from experience about our products
  • Negative talk or public bashing — whether about EFI Innovations products or competitor products — will result in reduction or loss of privileges.
