MegaSquirt FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) - If you need a quick answer to your questions this is the place to start.  Lots of great information here.

MegaSquirt EFI Forums - These forums are extremely valuable.  There are A LOT of experienced individuals available to help you out with your installation and tuning of the MegaSquirt system.  These forums are an incredible resource.  The search function can be used to find answers to many of your questions, if you don't see what you need then post a thread to ask someone to help.

MS Extra Forums - Just as valuable as the MS EFI forums above if you're running one of the 'Extra' firmware variants (MS1 Extra or MS2 Extra).  This is where the authors hang out, and where all the guys running the Extra firmware hang out.  Lots of knowledge here...
