We'd recommend the Innovate LC-1 for permanent installation, and the Innovate LM-1 if you'll be tuning multiple cars and need to temporarily install and then easily move your wideband o2 system from car to car.

 

A gauge is optional, though is highly recommended particularly for forced induction applications where it's a good idea to keep an eye on your air/fuel ratio even after tuning is complete. It's a nice 'safety' to let you know if anything has changed with your setup that you need to address (clogged injector, etc) that could help you prevent a meltdown! You can of course start with a wideband O2 system now and always add a gauge later..
