Well Hi from the UK
I was shall we say "Nervous" about buying a LCDash from an unknown compnay in the USA - the other side of the world. I am sick of compnaies with poor sales and service, so this was a step and a half for me.
I should have got the vibes when I sent a couple of e-mails asking questions, the replies came back same day - does Matt work 24/7 ?
Anyway, I took the plunge, ordered from the UK and on line and via paypal.
About a week later ????????????? a letter arrived to say it here and for collection about 15 miles away, so I whizzed over and collected it
PERFECT
In every way, superb packing and just perfect, about an Hour latr saw me with a big grin and it working
So, from the UK thanks a million to Matt and the superb service at DIYautotune, if I can have this sort of service gfrom the other side of the worls so quick and hassle free than what the hell have you to worry about :O)
I have posted up similar on a thread I have done on the megasquirting on my V8, I truly hope (and I know one has already - Roger (Istruggle2Gate11)) others spend their monies with a compnay whos ethics desreve it.
